2 med Onions--cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 c. Ketchup pn Grnd cinnamon
1/8 tsp Chili pwdr ds Warm pepper sauce ds Salt
1/2 c. Water

Directions

In a medium sized skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat; add in onion slices and saute/fry for about 7 min, till golden brown and limp. Fold in the ketchup. Then add in the cinnamon, chili pwdr, warm pepper sauce and salt. Pour in the water; stir. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for about 10 min..
