- Hard boiled eggs 2 ea
- Sundry tomato 20 gr
- Anchovy 5 gr
- Riccota cheese 20 gr
- Black olives 5 gr
- Almond slices 5 gr
- Lemon juice 1 cl
- For the dip
- Tomato 80 gr
- Garlic 5 gr
- Chili 1 gr
- Oil 1 cl
- Sugar 5 gr

Directions
- Chopp the hard boiled eggs, sun dried tomato ,anchovies, diced olives,roasted almonds, ricotta cheese and lemon juice, check the seasoning.
- Wrapp in filo dough in the shape of a spring roll and a samosa(triangle).
- Deep fry and serve with spicy tomato dip.
- Fry the garlic, chili, and tomato add sugar and leave to reduce until fragrant, check the seasonning
