  1. Crumble and brown grnd beef with onion in skillet till beef is no longer pink; drain. Place beef in slow cooker. Cut processed cheese into cubes and place with meat. Cover and cook on HIGH one hour or possibly till cheese is melted. Add in peppers and tomato; mix well.
  2. Microwave: Crumble beef in 2-qt casserole. Add in onion and cover. Microwave on HIGH (full power) for 4 to 5 min, stirring once. Drain. Add in cubed cheese and microwave on HIGH, covered, 3 to 4 min or possibly till melted. Stir in peppers and tomato. Cook one minute.
  3. To Serve: Serve warm with corn or possibly taco chips. Or possibly serve as main dish over toast.
