Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 teaspoon flour
- 2 tbsp. horseradish, liquid removed
- 1 c. fish stock or possibly canned clam juice
Directions
- Heat the butter, blend in the flour and cook briefly. Add in horseradish and fish stock. Cook, stirring till thick. Serve over poached fish.
