Ingredients

  • 200 gm Chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 400 gm Cabbage, minced fine
  • 1 x Cucumber, peeled and cubed (150 g)
  • 2 x Oranges, peeled, cleaned and segmented
  • 1 x Tomato, cubed fine (100 g)
  • 1 stk celery, minced fine
  • 90 ml Honey
  • 40 ml Lemon juice A few sprigs mint leaves, minced fine
  • 2 x Flakes, (4 g) garlic, Minced fine Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. IN a large boil mix all the salad ingredients. Chill until serving time.
  2. Put all the honey-lime sauce ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
  3. Add in the sauce to the salad just before serving.Serve chilled.
  4. NOTES : (Sweet 'n' sour chicken and vegetable salad)
