  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 ounce Tomato Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Onion Pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Green McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce, (This is essential)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 pch Allspice
  • 1 pch Powdered Clove

Directions

  1. Try this as a starter for BBQ Sauce, or possibly with french fries or possibly meatloaf:
  2. Stir vigorously in a jar, then microwave until it bubbles thoroughly (4 minutes.). Stir well, cold, stir, put the lid on, chill. (Contributor is not responsible for outcome based on frivolous substitutions.)
  3. Mom's kitchen tip: Ketchups (like mayo) are colloidal suspensions. If you want the stuff up near the neck of the jar, jerk it a couple - three times towards the neck and it will pile up there handy where is easier to get at.
