Ingredients
- 8 ounce. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed (use multi-colored variety for holidays)
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 1 pound white brick cheese, diced
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced in rings
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- Sliced black olives
- Sliced green pepper
- 1 stick pepperoni, diced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (or possibly garlic pwdr)
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. croutons
- 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
Directions
- (I throw in the whole cupboard.)
- Toss all ingredients in bowl except for lettuce that should surround salad and croutons that are added just before serving.
