Ingredients
- 24 x Avocados, peeled and mashed
- 2 x Spring onions
- 1 x Tomato, minced
- 1/2 x Lime, juice of
- 1 Tbsp. Grated parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, then refrigeratefor a while and serve with crudites or possibly tortilla chips.
