  1. Preparation Time: 0:30Preheat your oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking pwdr together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened margarine & sweetened condensed lowfat milk and margarine till smooth & creamy.
  2. Add in the graham cracker mix; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by Tbsp. onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 min or possibly till golden. Calories per cookie is 87.2 with 4.7 grams of fat.
  3. best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted! It's got to be the graham cracker crumbs the sweetened condensed lowfat milk which made the difference.
  4. Originally the recipe called for 12 ounces chocolate chips, but to me which was way to much- also a c. of minced walnuts.
