  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
  • 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 reg. size Cold Whip
  • 1-2 Heath (Skoar) candy bars)

Directions

  1. Heat butter and add in crushed cookies and pat into 9x13 pan for crust. Bake 15 min at 350. Beat pudding and lowfat milk together (about 2 min). Add in softened ice cream (stir ice cream into pudding - do not beat). Put ice cream mix in cooled pan. Put Cold Whip on top. Put crushed Heath bars on top. Chill overnight.
