Ingredients
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. (packed) minced dates
- 1 medium banana, mashed to 1/3 c.
- Peanut butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
Directions
- Combine raisins, dates, bananas, peanut butter, water, Large eggs, and vanilla. Beat till well blended. Add in oatmeal, flour, and soda; mix to blend thoroughly. Drop by tsp. onto cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake in 350 degree oven about 10 min. Cold.
