Directions

  1. After each cookie is frosted with white frosting, add in 2 Tbsp. cocoa to remaining icing and frost 1/2 of cookie with chocolate icing.
  2. Cream sugar and shortening together till light. Mix flour and baking pwdr together. Add in to sugar mix with Large eggs.
  3. Add in vinegar to lowfat milk and add in baking soda (to sour lowfat milk). Pour over other ingredients and add in vanilla. Consistency will be cake like. Drop approximately 3 Tbsp. per cookie on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 7 min. Cold and frost 1/2 of cookie with white frosting and 1/2 with chocolate frosting.
