Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, with liquid
- 4 c. canned tomatoes & juice, minced fine
- 2 packets beef or possibly chicken bouillon (low salt type)
- 3 ounce. elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions
- Brown turkey in non stick skillet. Add in vegetables and bouillon. Bring to a boil and add in macaroni. Boil, uncovered till macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 min. If needed, add in more tomato.
