  • Roasted vegetables 100 gr
  • Potato 80 gr
  • Saffron 0.5 gr
  • Roasted pepper sauce 1 cl
  • Balsamic reduction 1 cl
  • Corn oil 1 cl
  • Red onions 20 gr

Directions

  1. a. Grilled the salmon
  2. b. Saute the roasted vegetables( asparagus, onions, peppers,eggplant ,zucchini
  3. c. Roast the diced potato which have been cooked in saffron with onions and hebs.
  4. d. Drizzle the red pepper sauce and balsamic reduction.
