  • 6 slc Turkey ham
  • 6 x Large eggs
  •     Muffin batter for 6 muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 . Line 6 muffin tin c. with turkey ham slices. Break an egg into each ham slice. Line 6 more muffin tin c. with paper liners.
  2. Fill each 2/3 full with muffin batter. Bake for 15-20 min or possibly till Large eggs are cooked and muffins are golden.
