Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x 6-ounce halibut steaks
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp softened unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. minced anchovy
- 1 x zest of 1 lemon plus
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Salt and pepper steaks and pan fry 4 min on each side. Stir together remainder of ingredients and in small bowl transfer steaks to hot plate and top with dollop of anchovy butter.
