Directions

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the broth. Add in the shallots and saute/fry for 3 min.
  2. 2. Add in the green beans and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 min. Add in the soy sauce. Cover and steam for 2 min.
  3. Preparation Time: 8 min.
  4. NOTES : This looks like a simple way to jazz up my vegetables. I'm going to try it soon.
