Directions

  1. In large skillet, brown beef with onion over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add in broth; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil and simmer, covered, 8 min.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Return to a boil. Stir in 1/2 c. feta cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 7 to 10 min, till sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
