Directions

  1. Toss grains and spices, mix well. Mix honey and oil thoroughly and blend in the mix of grains & spices. Spread on a sheet pan and toast in a 300 degree oven. (times vary-toast till a light-dark golden) Let cold on the pan thoroughly and store in an air tight container. While the mix is cooling toss in raisins &/or possibly other dry fruit like dates, or possibly what ever you would like.
