- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 7 tbsp. sweet lowfat milk
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream together sugar and shortening. Add in remaining ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake till golden brown at 325 degrees.
