Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. red (burgundy) wine
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
Directions
- Mix all the above ingredients together. Pour over cubed or possibly steak cut meat. Marinate (overnight is best). Rotate meat several times. Great for fondue! Also good grilled. Flank steak works well. Do not add in salt to marinade.
