Ingredients
- 8 x Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 stk margarine or possibly butter
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped fine Monterey Jack, Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. White wine Panko
Directions
- Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts and coat proportionately with mix of panko and parmesan cheese. Saute/fry in butter and garlic mix. Put browned chicken pcs in a baking pan. Garnish each piece with chopped parsley and a slice of cheese. Pour 1/2 c. of wine over chicken and bake uncovered for 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Saute/fry fresh mushrooms in butter and garlic and pour alongside chicken pcs for the last 15 min of baking.
