Ingredients
- 3 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar packed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. pecans minced
- 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 x 9" pie shell unbaked
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Combine everything except pecans and coconut in large bowl. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour mix into pie shell.
- Bake 50 to 55 mins., till crust is golden brown and center is set. Cold completely on wire rack.
