Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour on chicken. Cover and chill, turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack in foil lined broiler pan. Bake 30 min. Brush chicken with marinade. Turn chicken and bake about 30 min, brushing occasionally till tender.
