Ingredients

  • 4 c. Minced peeled peaches, (2-1/2 pounds)
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sauternes or possibly other sweet white wine

Directions

  1. Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add in wine, and process till smooth.
  2. Pour mix into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Yield: 5 c. (serving size: 1/2cup).
