Directions

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn finished dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead 5 - 10 times. Separate into 2 or possibly 3 pcs. Roll with hands into strips. Braid or possibly twist strips together.
  3. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the top with egg wash. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till medium browned.
  4. This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.
  5. Yield: 1 loaf
