Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Yogurt
  • 1 med Onion diced finely
  • 1 med Cucumber finely grated Chopped garlic to taste

Directions

  1. Put yogurt into several layers of cheesecloth in a colander and let drain overnight to thicken.
  2. Mix yogurt, onion, cucumber and if you like, garlic. Let sit several hrs and serve with falafels or possibly as a bread or possibly cracker dip.
