Ingredients
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Flour Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large saute/fry pan, add in the oil. When the pan is smoking warm, carefully whisk in the flour and reduce the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the mix constantly for 30 min or possibly dark brown in color with a nutty aroma. Remove from heat.
