  1. Put lowfat sour cream in a measuring c.. Add in sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk to fill c..
  2. Pour into a large bowl and add in the egg, salt and melted margarine. Blend well. Gradually, by hand, add in flour and soda, till everything is mixed and blended. Remove to a mixing board and knead till smooth. Let stand 3 hrs or possibly leave in refrigerator overnight. Divide dough into serving pcs. Roll each piece 1/4 inch thick; cut 2 parallel slits in the center to make ears.
  3. Fry in warm oil till golden. Dip each piece in cinnamon and sugar.
