  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon rum or possibly brandy
  • 1 liter 7-Up, chilled
  • 4 c. chilled evaporated lowfat milk (or possibly half and half plus 1 can evaporated lowfat milk = 4 c.), chilled
  • 2 quarts. ice cream

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs, sugar and nutmeg till light and lemon color. Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk or possibly half and half and rum or possibly brandy. Fold in 2 qts vanilla ice cream. Just before serving slowly add in 1 liter 7-Up. Best when made just prior to serving. Great for holiday.
