Ingredients
- 3 pound skirt steak or possibly flank steak
- 8 ounce. Italian dressing
- 2 pods fresh garlic, pressed
- Light salt & pepper
Directions
- Marinate steak at least 6 hrs or possibly overnight in dressing with garlic. Cook meat over warm charcoal grill till well done. Cut meat against the grain into strips. Place in hot flour tortillas with grilled onions, lowfat sour cream dollop, grated cheddar cheese, minced tomatoes and optional picante sauce. Serves 6.
