Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in the remaining ingredients. Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min. Turn off oven and let set for 20 min. Take out and let cold.
