  • 1 pkg. (3 1/2 ounce.) vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 2 2/3 c. coconut
  • 2/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Combine dry pudding and pie filling, coconut, condensed lowfat milk and almond extract. Drop from tsp. onto greased, floured baking sheets.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till edges are golden. Remove from baking sheet at once. Cold on rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
