Ingredients

  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 dozen Coconut Macaroons
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 3 quarts. sherbet, orange, pineapple and lime

Directions

  1. Whip cream. Add in sugar and vanilla and nuts. Mix in macaroons crumbs. Spread 1/2 of mix in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze. When stiff, add in sherbet in layers. Spread remaining cream mix over top and put in freezer.
