Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 (32 ounce.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lg. container of sm. curd cottage cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare lasagna according to instructions on package. Brown hamburger in large skillet. Add in Prego. Let simmer 20 min. Layer bottom of 13 x 11 inch baking dish with 1 c. meat mix. Top with noodles. Top noodles with 1/2 c. meat mix, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, and 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process ending with 1 c. Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
