Directions

  1. Saute/fry apples and raisins for a few min in 3 Tbsp. butter till tender. Add in 1/4 c. sugar and spices. Set aside.
  2. Pour 1/4 lb. melted butter in 7 x 11 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; stir in lowfat milk. Pour batter on top of butter. Pour apples over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till crust is golden. Serve with a whipped cream or possibly ice cream if you like. Serves 6-8.
