Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs. ribs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- Salt and pepper ribs; brown in 2 Tbsp. warm fat. Add in all remaining ingredients. Simmer till done. Skim off excess fat. Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly noodles.
