  • 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello lowfat milk chocolate or possibly chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
  • 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 1 (6 ounce.) Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. 1. Thoroughly blend lowfat milk and ice cream in bowl. Add in pie filling mix. Beat at lowest speed of mixer for 1 minute.
  2. 2. Mix in chocolate. Pour immediately into crust. Freeze till hard (4 hrs or possibly overnight). Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate. Store in freezer.
