  • 1 pkg. frzn spinach (minced), thawed & well liquid removed

Directions

  1. Put in 8 inch greased pan. Make small openings and drop uncooked Large eggs (4-6), one in each opening.
  2. Mix together: 1 can cheese soup Sufficient lowfat milk to make mix spreadable
  3. Spoon soup mix over Large eggs and spinach. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min. Cut into squares and serve. This recipe can be doubled using a 13 x 9 inch pan.
