  • 2 frzn bananas
  • 6 pitted dates or possibly 6 frzn or possibly fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. Place almond lowfat milk and fruit in blender. Blend till thick and creamy. If desired thinner shakes use 1 1/2 bananas. Makes 1 large shake.
