Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, grated very fine
  • 1 to 2 green onions, finely minced
  • Curry pwdr
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp or possibly crab drain and sprinkle with juice of 1/2 (fresh) lemon

Directions

  1. Mix all well. Season to taste with a little garlic pwdr, salt and pepper. Pour above into bowl. Center on serving tray and surround with fresh vegetables (and fruits) of your choice.
