Ingredients: 1 pkt (6-ounce) orange Jello; 1 1/2 c. Boiling water; 1 can (46-ounce) apricot nectar; 1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/4 tsp Salt; 2 Tbsp. Flour; 1 x Egg; 1 ct (12-ounce) Cold Whip -or possibly-; 2 c. Whipped cream; 1/2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts

1 pkt (6-ounce) orange Jello
1 1/2 c. Boiling water
1 can (46-ounce) apricot nectar
1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 x Egg
1 ct (12-ounce) Cold Whip -or possibly-
2 c. Whipped cream
1/2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in 2-1/2 c. apricot nectar. Sprinkle 1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows over top of gelatin mix in a 9x13 pan or possibly dish. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till set. For topping, combine sugar, salt, flour and egg in a medium saucepan. Add in 1 c. apricot nectar. Cook over medium heat to thicken, stirring constantly. Cold 20 min. Add in Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream. Spread over gelatin mix and sprinkle with nuts.
Yield: 12 servings.
