Directions

  1. Rinse and trim watercress. Combine first 8 ingredients in a food processor with the steel blade in place. Process till pureed. Add in chicken broth if necessary to thin soup. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl and refrigeratewell. Garnish with sliced red radishes. Serves 6.
