Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced mushrooms
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can (1 pound 12 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Saute/fry green pepper, onion and mushrooms till golden brown. Add in meat and cook over moderate heat till browned. Add in tomatoes, olives, raisins, almonds, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
