Ingredients: 1 sm Head lettuce, minced; 1 med Cucumber, peeled and diced; 2 med Tomatoes, minced; 1/4 c. Fresh coriander leaves; 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint; 2 x Cloves Garlic, crushed; 3 Tbsp. Sumac; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Pepper; 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1 c. Plain croutons, or possibly well bread cubes

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except croutons. Add in and serve.
