Ingredients
- 3-4 pound rump roast
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 1/2 pkg. au jus seasoning
- 1 jar pepperocini
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Season rump roast according to taste and put in crock pot with onion, au jus seasoning, pepperocini (as many as desired), water, some of the juice from peppers can also be used (according to taste). Simmer in crock pot till meat is very tender. Serve on beef or possibly hamburger buns.
