  • 1 (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix or possibly Lipton's country vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 med. onion, finely minced
  • 1 can water chestnuts, minced
  • 1 pound crab meat

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve on party crackers.
