Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkt frzn cream style corn defrosted
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 stk butter
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream Grated Cheddar or possibly Colby

Directions

  1. Mix all except cheese, put in greased casserole and bake 350 degrees 30 minute, add in grated cheese to top and pop back in oven until cheese is melted.
