Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 x lemon, juice of
- 1 sm red chilli, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp French mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. coriander, finely minced
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except coriander till smooth then stir through the coriander. Shake thoroughly before using.
