Ingredients: 3 Tbsp. peanut oil; 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar; 1 x lemon, juice of; 1 sm red chilli, chopped (optional); 1/2 tsp French mustard; 1/2 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste; 2 Tbsp. coriander, finely minced

Ingredients

1 sm red chilli, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp French mustard
1/2 tsp sugar salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients except coriander till smooth then stir through the coriander. Shake thoroughly before using.
