Directions

  1. Cook and drain sausage. Grease lightly a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, dry mustard, salt, and any optional desired.
  2. Layer sausage and bread twice in casserole. When layered, pour the egg mix over. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Allow to sit at room temperature about 30-40 min prior to baking at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. This serves approximately 12-15 people.
